Carlina Duggan

Carlina was born and raised in Western Colorado and has built a career spanning public service, information technology, and financial services. Having navigated long-term care challenges within her own family, Carlina is deeply committed to educating and guiding others through the complex decisions that arise in life’s later years.

Carlina utilizes her skills as a financial advisor and as assistant to Abe & Chris. She earned both a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is the proud mother of two married adult children and grandmother to an incredible college-aged grandson. In her free time, she enjoys music, research, cooking, reading, and time with her friends, her family, and her cat.
